WELCH, WV (WVNS) — A search warrant at a home in Welch uncovered a large amount of crack cocaine and put one man in jail, according to deputies.
McDowell County deputies arrested Ryan Scott Burnoski on Thursday, August 16. Deputies and members of a drug task force executed a search warrant at Burnoski’s home in Welch. Inside the home, officials found crack cocaine, scales, money and prescription pills.
Officers said Burnoski also had a gun and is a convicted felon for drug charges that date back to 2007. A child was also in the home at the time of the search warrant.
Burnoski is charged with possession with intent to deliver a schedule 2 controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a schedule 4 substance, child neglect, prohibited person with a firearm and maintain dwelling for selling.
