Traffic stop near Iaeger leads to meth arrest

Troopers with the West Virginia State Police in McDowell County made a traffic stop on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018 at 2:30 a.m.  It happened on Route 52 near Iaeger, WV.

The trooper was said the car was being driven erratically.  When he pulled the vehicle over he found the driver had a suspended license and was driving under the influence.  A search of the car turned up crystal meth with an approximate value of $1,400 that was packaged for sale.  There were also some prescription drugs.

Taylor Holcomb, 29, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver, DUI, Driving on a Suspended License and other charges.  She is being held in the McDowell County Holding Facility on a $30,000 bond.
