A convicted drug dealer arrested after drugs and guns were found in home

BLUEFIELD, W. Va. (WVNS)– A convicted drug dealer has been arrested after drugs and several guns are found in his home.


According to court documents, Tiero Wash was arrested and charged with possession with intent deliver a scheduled 1 controlled substance and a felon in possession of a firearm. 


A home confinement officer, an officer from the Bluefield, W. Va. police department and Mercer County deputies responded to Wash’s home to serve a search warrant. While law enforcement were searching the home they found three guns- a Mac 11 9mm with 29 rounds of ammunition, a Desert eagle 44 magnum with 8 rounds of ammunition and Taurus 1911. 


A large amount of a drug substance, believed to be marijuana, was found in the home. That substance was sent to the West Virginia State Crime Lab for further testing. Three cell phones were also taken.

Two TV’s were seized from the home because officers believe they were purchased with money from selling narcotics. 

Court documents state Wash was on probation for possession with the intent to deliver marijuana.

Wash remains in the Southern Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.
