BLUEFIELD, WV (WVNS) — Joshua Cline is stepping down as the President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of the Two Virginia’s. Cline will be taking on a new role as Vice President of Advancement at Bluefield College.
Cline told 59News he plans to step down in mid-August, but will continue to help the Chamber with various projects, including the Mountain Festival.
