A new bakery opened its doors in Princeton, Friday April 5, 2019.
Social Haus Baking is located on Mercer Street. Sweet treats and delicious desserts will be baked daily.
Owner Ariel Bowman said she really wanted to bring something to Princeton that was not already there.
“I absolutely love to bake. I have friends with different dietary needs and have a lot of friends that are into fitness so when someone comes to my house I just wanted to make sure there was always something for them there. I really wanted to bring this out to the neighborhood, we don’t really have a bakery around. And I really thought it’d be a great idea to bring a bake shop that was inclusive of the neighborhood and was able to work and grow and be available to everyone,” Bowman said.
The bakery offers goods that are vegan, dairy free, and gluten free for those with dietary restrictions. The bakery is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
