BLUEFIELD, WV (WVNS) — The suspect involved in a shots fired investigation in Bluefield has been arrested.
Tavian Jeuahn Jones was arrested on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. Jones was wanted after he allegedly fired a gun along Frederick St on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
Jones is charged with attempt to commit a crime, brandishing a deadly weapon, unlawful wounding, and wanton endangerment. He’s in jail on a $10,000 bond.

Police in Bluefield, WV are asking for help from the community to find a man who is accused of firing a gun along Frederick St. It happened just after 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018.
Officers said they conducted extensive interviews as a part of the investigation. From those interviews, they were able to determine the shooter was Tavian Jones of Bluefield, WV.
Investigators are asking anyone who knows where to find Jones to contact Patrolman H.D. Browning or Det. D.A. Williams at 304-327-6101.
