The National Weather Service issued two tornado warnings for Monroe county, WV around 8:45 PM on Thursday night as rotating storms rolled in.
All tornado warnings have been expired. We are still tracking some storms and will continue to do so as we get closer to Friday morning.
Heavy rain accompanied these storms, bringing back the concern for flooding as more rain rolls in. We will shift our focus from severe weather coverage to flood coverage as we get later into the night.
