BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — A 33-year-old Beckley man is charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
West Virginia State Police arrested Mark Steven Meadows of Beckley.
Troopers said they responded to a home along Russell Street in Beckley on July 29, 2018. The 14-year-old victim told troopers Meadows inappropriately touched her and himself while she was trying to sleep. Meadows denied the allegations but troopers added he failed a polygraph test.
Meadows is charged with sexual abuse first-degree and sexual abuse by a guardian. His bond is set at $75,000.
