The case against a woman charged with accessory to murder will move forward.

Tamara Grandjean is charged with accessory before the fact for her alleged involvement in a shooting that occurred on April 10, 2018. According to police reports, Grandjean was linked to Demorrea Curry, who was charged with First Degree Murder.

On Wednesday, November 28, Grandjean waived her right to a preliminary hearing. The case will go before a Raleigh County Grand Jury.

Raleigh County Assistant Prosecutor, Brian Parsons, said, “It’s important for the public to know that the police work hard in these cases and our office, as we always do, will seek a just outcome.”

At this point, Grandjean is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
