Dangerous man is now in police custody

According to Chad Barker with the Boone County Deputy Sheriff’s, Clinton Williams has been captured.

Williams was captured Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 in the morning in the Bloomingrose area of Boone County without incident.

Deputies in Raleigh County are asking for help from the community to find a man who escaped from home confinement on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018.  Clinton Williams is charged with domestic battery and was on confinement in the Artie area.

Investigators said Williams has made threats to harm family members.  He is believed to be armed and dangerous.  

Williams is a 43-year-old white man who stands 6-feet 1-inch tall and weighs 230-pounds.  He has blue eyes and gray hair.  Deputies said he was last seen in the Marmet and Kanawha City areas. He may be in Boone County now.
