BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — A Beckley man is in jail after trying to setting his family’s home on fire.
Court documents state James Alfred Peters set a home on Maxwell Hill Road on fire Thursday night, March 21, 2019.
Peters is charged with 1st degree arson. He is in jail on a $50,000 bond.
