Several businesses closed or operating on a delayed schedule in our region

(WVNS) — Due to extreme weather and hazardous driving conditions, Tamarack Marketplace will be closed on Friday, January 7, 2022.

The Raleigh County Courthouse and Judicial Building will be closed Friday, January 7, 2022.

Raleigh County Commission President Dave Tolliver and Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge Robert Burnside announced the closure.

Busy Bee’s Child Care Center on New River Drive in Beckley will also be closed Friday.

The Raleigh County Commission on Aging will be closed due to weather conditions. They will reopen Monday, January 10, 2022, at 8a.m.

In Fayette County, the courthouse and judicial buildings will be closed Friday, January 8, 2022.

In Greenbrier County, the health department will not open until 10 a.m. on Friday, January 8, 2022.

New River Health will open at 10 a.m., if you had an appointment before this time contact (304) 469-2905 to reschedule.
