Looking for a weekend of live music, local food, vendors and craft beer?
The West Virginia Pubfest is Saturday, April 20, at Weathered Ground Brewery in Cool Ridge. This is to raise money for West Virginia Public Broadcasting and Local Arts and Entertainment non-profit, West Virginia Collective. There will be a number of bands performing throughout the day.
Owner of Weathered Ground Brewery, Sam Fonda, wanted to remind people to still attend despite forecasted weather.
“Should be a really fun time, rain or shine. We’ve got a lot of heaters and this big tent in front of the stage, so nobody should get cold,” Fonda said.
Doors open at 10 a.m., and music starts at 11 a.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. For more information, visit wvpubfest.com.
