An investigation involving a break-in to an outbuilding in the Tracy’s Mountain Area of Wyoming County led to an arrest on Thursday, March 7, 2019. It began on Feb. 22 when deputies were called to a home in Stephenson, WV.
The victim told investigators a Polaris RZR side-by-side ATV and a 72-inch Flat Screen TV were taken from the building. Lt. W. Hall investigated the case and was able to determine the suspect was Eric Baker of Allen Junction, WV.
Lt. Hall said Baker confessed to the crime and the side-by-side was recovered. Baker was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering. He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail on a $5,000 bond. The investigation is still open.
