Former Mullens police officer arrested for child pornography

MULLENS, W. Va. (WVNS) — A former Mullens police officer has been arrested on child pornography charges, according to Wyoming County Deputies. 

Chief Deputy Jimmy White said deputies were first notified by Mullens Police Chief Ray Toler of a patrolman in possession of child porn. According to deputies, Joshua Lumbo was visiting child porn websites while working at the department. 

Deputies said Lumbo resigned from his position because of the allegations. Lumbo was arrested on Wednesday and released on a $10,000 bond.
