A special event is coming to Raleigh County on May 5, 2018.  The inaugural West Virginia PubFest Music Festival is taking place at Weathered Ground Brewery in Cool Ridge, WV.  It is hosted by Weathered Ground and the WV Collective.

The day long event will feature more than 20 musical acts on three stages.  Music will range from country and bluegrass to rock.  There will also be local artisan foods, craft vendors and craft beer brewed on site.

“This is a day for musicians to celebrate other musicians, and for West Virginians to celebrate everything their state has to offer,” said Jason Lockart with Kid in the Background, Inc. “We hope to provide an environment for collaboration between performers and a relaxed, family friendly environment for music, food, and craft beer fans from all walks of life to come together for some great music and a great cause.”
