Gov. Justice orders all flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of people who passed away due to COVID-19

CHARLESTON, WV (WVNS) — Following President Joe Biden’s proclamation, Governor Jim Justice ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff in memory of those who lost their lives to COVID-19.

All U.S. and West Virginia flags on all state-owned facilities must be displayed at half-staff immediately. They will remain at half-staff until Friday, February 26, 2021.
